Hotel Montera Madrid
The hotel is very centrally located, just a few steps from Gran Vía, making it easy to explore the city.
Your Stay
Two nights at Hotel Montera Madrid will be covered (October 12–14).
- Breakfast is included during your stay.
- A credit card is required at check-in for personal expenses (minibar, room service, etc.).
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
Extras
If you'd like to extend your stay or upgrade your room, please let us know in the RSVP form and we'll help arrange it. Please do so by April 30 to extend your stay, as rooms are limited.
From the Airport
Heads Up
October 12 is Spain's National Holiday. There will be military parades and celebrations throughout the city. Traffic may be heavier than usual, so please allow extra time when arriving.
Metro
By public transportation (approx. 35 minutes)
- Take Metro Line 8 from the airport to Nuevos Ministerios
- Transfer to Renfe Cercanías (Line C3 or C4) and get off at Sol
- From Sol station, the hotel is a 5-minute walk
Taxi
By taxi (approx. 30 minutes)

Passport
Spain requires a valid passport upon entry. It must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your departure date. Please check your expiration date in advance.
Visa
Depending on your nationality, you may need a visa to enter Spain. We recommend checking your visa requirements well in advance.
Flights
Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, some flight routes may be affected. We recommend checking with your airline in advance and considering alternatives if needed.

- Deadline: July 1 — Let us know if you need a hotel room. After this date we can no longer guarantee availability.
- Deadline: April 30 — Let us know if you'd like to extend your stay beyond the hotel nights we're covering (Oct 12–14).
- If you're not sure whether you can attend by July 1, no worries. Just select "Not sure yet" and submit the form. We'll be in touch.
